Recently Brio has become aware of a fraud attempt from one of our insurance partners, Sandbox Mutual Insurance. There has been an attempt by a third party to impersonate Sandbox. Please note that at this time, Sandbox Mutual Insurance does not send renewal documents or any policy information via email unless by direct request of the policy holder or broker.

We remind you to please remain vigilant against potential fraud attempts. Fraudsters can present themselves in various ways. Key identifiers of fraudulent communication include:

Mismatched email domains: Verify that the sender’s email domain matches official Sandbox domains.
Suspicious web addresses: Confirm website URLs before providing any sensitive information.
